Friends, Façades and Fireworks

I'm blogging late at night. This is my determined façade saying; blog at least every third day. LOL making resolutions that can definitely be met...Anyway, I feel I had too much words in the last post. Here are some pictures instead =]] I gotta try and have more multimedia in my blog!

There were fireworks tonight, but I have a crappy camera and didn't get any good photos. Be happy with these =]]

I missed the finale (which was awesomely big) because my battery ran out. T_T anyway. It was fun to watch, loud and bright. Made me happy for some reason.

I've been thinking about façades for the last week or two. Everone wears them in front of different people. My default one at home is the good son, the hardworking son. Out with my friends, I always have a weird one; crazy, insane etc.

I wonder why. I always attributed it to a sort of 'energy' from my friends. I get more hyped up and happy when they're around. But then they think I'm crazy. I'm cool with that. However, then I get pushed around, made fun of. I always take it. Again, I wonder why =]]. It's probably just my nature to make others happy. Its fun. If others are happy, so am I. But sometimes it makes me feel sad. Oh well. CONSEQUENCE xD

Today, my family went to a buffet place in Docklands. $28 per head, but, OH MY GOD, the food was amazing. I loved every bit of it. I forgot to take pictures, and by the end, I didn't want to go get anymore food, because I was too full. Weeeeee~

I took this picture because I didn't understand the layout. Usually, when I eat, there's a pair of chopsticks and a spoon. WHY ARE THERE 2 FORKS AND 2 KNIVES?! You'd only need one fork and one knife to eat! Gosh, I really don't understand white people's style of eating lol; entree, main and dessert. =="

My mum explained in the end, but I was still WTF[_]'ing. New Quay is the place, you have to reserve places 2 - 4 days beforehand, or else you don't get to eat there. I should organise us to go. The food is really nice, and the desserts are just...heavenly =]] I ate too much =\

They had wonton soup and satay skewers, chips, wedges (etc. you get the picture), and a BAGUETTE which you could cut yourself and eat. MMM~ And they had lots of seafood, since they're right next to the sea O_O duhh...Prawns were nice, sashimi...was ok, but the sushi definitely rocked! The desserts were so beautiful <3

Nothing much else to report. I need to do homework. =]]

Goodnight~

$28 / head buffet is good. crown is $60/head.

wow you didn't know about Western culinary setting? well there are times when it can get up to 3 - 4 different sized forks and knives :) but yeah i prefer chopsticks or just eating with no knife rofl

HAHA I'm ignorant. I remember once in Year 4 at a camp, I ate weirdly, and my teachers were like WTF ARE YOU DOING? I'm like...eating? xDD oh wells. Bleep western eating is weird, although I remember there's some weird rule like, 'use from the outside to the inside' or something. =]]

YAYY~ Crazy vincent ftw
