Medentry. $500 or so. What is it for? To teach you how to ace the UMAT, right?
But what is the UMAT for? I'm not going to say for definite anything, because I definitely didn't design it. But to my mind, its testing you as a person, whether you are empathetic enough, intelligent enough and logical enough to have the right characteristics to be a doctor (or whatever =D). Its your base level emotion...none of your emotional walls need to be put up...you're just you. And that's what they want to see (I think?).
Not something that has been studied for. I mean, I understand that if you study empathy, maybe you would be able to pick up signs more in real life and maybe that might help you become more empathetic. But then when you actually are in real life, can you pick up on body language? Can you really understand what someone is feeling from the tone of their voice?
Maybe the interview is how they test that. And I'm not saying that studying for the UMAT is a bad thing. But I just don't understand the need for MedEntry.
There. I have now justified my lack of study for the UMAT. Win.

tl;dr (in this case didn't read) except for last bit "my lack of study for the UMAT"
Possibly the best decision you've made your entire life :)
